The time was 11:18 am in Kennedy Plaza, who cleaned the litter, drug material (i.e. Crack pipe, drug baggies, used needles) before the children were playing?
Kennedy Plaza Is Extremely Dangerous!!!
Lots of children use this area daily while the homeless, drug dealers, etc. also use it coupled with integration with school children.
Some Rhode Island Parks are not Safe
Cholera is often predictable and preventable. It can ultimately be eliminated where access to clean water and sanitation facilities, as well as good hygiene practices, are ensured and sustained for the whole population. However, Providence does not do deep cleaning according to the daily smells.
